This is why we will take all the stress out of this project for you, and we will undertake all the applications necessary, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Depending on where you live depends on which Town Hall will deal with your planning permission applications, and in some instances the area that you live will also mean that the paperwork required and the cost involved will vary.

We have dedicated staff in our offices who will deal with the whole process for you. If for example you need an architect's plan as opposed to a sketched drawing of the proposed works, then we can arrange this for you. The architects that we use have full experience of dealing with the Town Hall's Planning Departments, and can also arrange plans to be approved with the School of Architecture when required.

As with all building work, the owner of the property is ultimately responsible for complying with the relevant planning rules and building regulations. We advise our clients on this requirement, and take the steps to deal with the situation on our clients' behalf.

The general advice that we give to our clients is this: we prefer to discuss the proposals with the relevant Town Hall before work is started, so that we can establish in each case if the permission is required or not.
